Head of Case Management Services
We are seeking a confident individual to work 35 hours Monday to Friday at our Head Office in Easingwold, York. You will have a strong work ethic, working in a supportive role to the Case Managers and therapists, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will provide clerical and administrative support together with liaising with solicitors, clients and their families. A professional approach is required at all times and you will have previous proven experience in the following:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
* Exceptional IT skills including Microsoft 365 Platform
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to maintain a professional image
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Experience of working with clients with brain, spinal and complex poly trauma injuries
* Previous use of SharePoint and Qunote systems
* Previous use of Sage software
* Working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission requirements and standards
