Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects, from start to finish with a focus on £20m+ projects.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project plans
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Communicate with stakeholders and keep them updated on project progress
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Resolve project issues
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage the construction process from start to finish, including site supervision, material procurement, and quality control
• Compile and submit project reports
• Maintain project documentation
• Adhere to all safety regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience with £20m+ projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
