Contract: Part-time – 22 hours per week, Permanent, Term Time Only (plus inset days)
Hours: Wednesday 8am-3:30pm, Thursday & Friday 7am-3pm
Salary: £27,964 – £30,746
Actual Salary: £14,237

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Cover Coordinator and Administrator/Receptionist to join our supportive and talented team at Bristol Metropolitan Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
The Cover Coordinator and Administrator/Receptionist will effectively administrate the planned and unplanned teaching cover requirements of the Academy. Responsibilities include ensuring that cover is of a high standard, is cost-effective, and meets academy needs. You will be responsible for coordinating lesson cover in line with academy procedures and national guidelines, dealing with all aspects of staff absence, and providing reception and administration cover for the main school office.
