Proactive in following up with potential customers via phone and email, ensuring every lead is nurtured. Handle online customer service queries, from product questions to post-purchase support. Assist in refining and optimising digital customer service processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction. Help execute marketing campaigns and showroom promotions, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Contribute to our digital presence by supporting photoshoots, generating social media content, and engaging with our online community.
