Email Marketing Specialist
Location: UK, Surrey,(Staines)
Length: Start Date: 21/04/2025 End Date: 20/04/2026
Rate: £273.46 per day (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Role Duties:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage effective segmentation, cadence, test methodologies, and tactics for email campaigns
* Ensure adherence to email best practices to drive customer action and engagement and compliance with industry standards as well as privacy policies
* Manage campaign timelines, email calendar, approvals, and internal business reviews for email campaign rollouts
* Understand marketing automation systems (like Marketo), integrations, and lead flow to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management
* Onboard and train new stakeholders. Maintain email-related documentation. Guide stakeholders through each step of the email campaign process
* Integrate email campaigns with other channels like social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
* Analyse and present insights of campaign performance to business stakeholders. Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and engagement
* Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within email and nurture strategies
Skills:
* Strong background in email marketing and customer lifecycle
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a complex international organization
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Experience with Marketo is strongly preferred. AEP and AJO knowledge is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy
