Description
1. Arranging meetings for the board
2. Scheduling meetings for stakeholders
3. Attending meetings and taking notes
4. Ensuring the board have correct info prior to meetings
5. Assisting in putting together presentations
6. Arranging annual events- such as Christmas parties
7. Coordinating office activities and calendars
8. Ordering office supplies
9. Assisting with various projects
10. Recording various info and creating various reports as required
