Job Title: Waking night support worker Hours: 40 Location: North Lincolnshire Pay: £12.50 per hour The business: Our client specialises in the provision of large care packages specifically designed for those who need a high level of care supervised by highly qualified nurses and support staff. This includes brain and spinal injury, life limiting conditions and enduring neurological conditions. A Learning Disabilities team provides all levels of care in this specialist area, including the provision of Independent Supported Living services, respite services and home support, specialising in support for those who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and other complex conditions. Main duties of the job: · The night support worker is awake the whole night even if the client is asleep. · The night care worker should provide assistance as often as needed when the client is awake. · The worker must assess risk, manage incidents, and provide person-centred support to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents throughout the night. · The worker performs all the caring duties of the person they care for during the nighttime hours. · The worker is indispensable in providing continuous, attentive care throughout the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of people who require around-the-clock assistance.
