Job Summary
Speedwell Kia Exeter are looking for a Car Sales Executive to come and join our friendly family-run team.
Applicants must have:
* Previous experience selling in the motor trade or similar environment.
* A full driving license.
* Weekend availability on a rota basis.
Training in our processes, systems, and Kia product will be provided, along with ongoing coaching and support to ensure you maximize your potential.
Your day could include:
* Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
* Agreeing the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer directly, working within company guidelines.
* Positively participating in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
* Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer's expectations, placing the order, updating customer records, and scheduling any complementary services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle before the delivery date.
* Ensuring that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check if the customer is happy.
* Planning and organizing own daily selling activity – for example, by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general inquiries) to obtain new business.
* Working with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
