Page Group are working in partnership with an industry leader within the Manufacturing and Engineering space. The role of Internal Sales Co-Ordinator will be key in providing a world-class level of service and support to their key customers.
Job Description
1. Manage and build strong relationships with key existing customers through excellent service and transparent communication.
2. Ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
3. Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times to encourage the retention of key accounts.
4. Follow up on customer quotations.
5. Utilise CRM for order processing and data recording in line with company procedure.
6. Establish and maintain strong inter-department relationships across production, sales, and logistics.
7. Take ownership of any escalated customer issues.
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience in a similar customer service/internal sales/account management role.
2. Experience in a manufacturing or product-led business.
3. Strong customer service focus.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
