This successful growing international software company has a requirement for a Group Systems and Reporting Accountant reporting to the Group Financial Controller and supporting the senior management of the Group. You will be pivotal in supporting the Group Finance team's ability to produce robust, timely, and commercially focused internal and external financial reporting. We are looking for a skilled Systems and Reporting Accountant to work alongside the leadership team to optimise the implementation of and on-going use and integration of the NetSuite system within the organisation. This role requires technical expertise, a high level of NetSuite proficiency and a deep understanding of financial processes. The successful individual will ensure that finance systems are aligned with business needs, delivered on time, and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Evaluate current financial systems, reporting and processes to identify areas for improvement. Liaise and collaborate with finance and IT teams to implement system enhancements and recommend new functionalities. Develop MIS reporting which helps drive business growth. Ensure systems meet compliance, Financial reporting, and operational needs. Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Identify potential risks in finance system projects and develop best practices. Take a leading role in the management and upkeep of the NetSuite system, becoming an administration superuser and liaison between the finance and IT teams in system matters. Ensure the completion of all month-end processes and the timely, accurate and complete delivery of the monthly management accounts and consolidations. As Group Systems and Reporting Accountant you will have experience of working with NetSuite ERP system at administrator user level, NetSuite ERP system implementation and integration experience high level of proficiency, NetSuite report writing at the highest levels, Proven experience in implementation of Group financial and management reporting systems, Experience of using Microsoft BI reporting, Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounts for listed companies, Group financial consolidation expert statutory plc basis not just management reporting, Exceptional organisational, and problem-solving skills, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams internationally. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with experience of working in a corporate environment in a systems and reporting environment. You will be a team player and have a proactive attitude, strong planning and organisational skills. This role requires an exceptionally capable individual.
