The Role of Internal AccountManager
* This is anoffice based / internal inbound account managerrole.
* Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30pm5.00pm.
* As internal account manager you willwork as part of a dynamic friendly team.
* Therole will involve handling mostly inbound calls from existingcustomers that will include fabricators contractors andmanufacturing companies.
* You will managebetween 50 and 80 customers maintaining existing relationships(over the phone and by email). These customers are small to mediumsize businesses through to corporatecustomers.
* You will process orders up selloffer best in class customer service.
