We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. You will work across two business areas:
* Consultancy - providing process analysis and strategy.
* Software Development - providing a purpose-built platform for Utilities, NHS, Transport, and other Public Sector organisations.
We help organisations undergo Digital Transformation, including the provision and implementation of our custom-built platform, which includes modules for CRM, Asset Management, Project Management, Reporting, Billing, Quoting, and BI/Dashboards.
The Role
We need an experienced Business Analyst to support the documentation and refinement of platform requirements across key clients. You will work directly with our consultants and clients to:
* Document business and functional requirements – extracting knowledge from key stakeholders and translating it into structured documentation.
* Facilitate workshops – engaging with clients and internal teams to gather and validate requirements.
* Define solution designs – working closely with the leadership team to translate ideas into structured system designs and specifications.
* Support the full project lifecycle – including assisting in testing, user acceptance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation.
* Develop solution designs and collaborate on system architecture.
* Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
* Support testing, UAT, and continuous improvement processes.
* Provide insights into process optimisation and digital transformation best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
* 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in digital transformation or software implementation projects.
* Strong experience working with CRM, Asset Management, Project Management, Reporting, or Billing solutions.
* Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong documentation skills – ability to clearly define requirements, use cases, and solution designs.
* Experience working in Utilities, NHS, Rail, or Public Sector organisations is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycles.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
