A Typical Day in the Job: To provide first-line support to customers, resolving IT tickets and updating the outcomes. To assist with the setting up, maintenance and repair of computers, computer-linked equipment and computer-related equipment. To install and configure software applications. To help produce and maintain IT statistics, reports, checklists and other documentation as necessary. Answering telephone enquiries and routine email correspondence. Monitor consumable stock such as printer toners, paper and stationery, ensuring timely notification to the Office Manager for ordering new supplies. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge : Enthusiastic and passionate about IT Experience using Windows Operating Systems would be beneficial Communication and customer service skills Good numeracy and literacy skills Attention to detail Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 5/C English is required for this role.
