Main duties of the job You will demonstrate a passion for improving the patient and relative experience. You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training to enhance pre-existing knowledge and ensure research based practice. In addition to this, you will possess well developed communication skills that will be used to engage, inspire and motivate both staff and patients in this exciting and challenging clinical area.
