CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a highly respected organisation based in Central Bournemouth, Dorset, who have a requirement to hire a Temporary Accounts Assistant to start within their team immediately.This is an opportunity of the successful candidate to join a close-knit finance team and support and cover during busy period of business transformation.What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
* Analysing, processing and posting data in an accurate and timely manner;
* Reconcile financial date;
* Maintain accounting controls & procedures to ensure compliance;
* Support with additional transactional accounting tasks;
* Assist with data entry tasks to support the new systems implementation.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* Previous purchase ledger/sales ledger and transactional accounting experience is required;
* Experience using Xero and/or Sage Intact is be highly beneficial to hit the ground running but not essential;
* To be considered fore this positions you will need to be available at short notice.
