Role: IFA Administrator
An exciting opportunity for a competent Administrator with experience in a Financial Advisers who will assist our IFA’s and Paraplanners with planning and preparation for client recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the finance sector and be organised, accurate and have a keen eye for detail.
Main Duties to include:
1. Assist with the submission of new business applications
2. Ensure appropriate data is accurately recorded and updated on Company back-office systems
3. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures.
4. Maintain communication channels open with clients to assist with ad hoc enquiries or instructions
Key Skills:
1. Experience in providing support within a Financial Advisers
2. Understanding of the financial planning process
3. Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
4. Articulate, both written and verbally and able to interact with clients in a professional manner
