What you will do in your working day
* Monitoring the email inbox and allocating emails for the right team member.
* Answering the phone and taking new calls from new clients and passing them onto the right team member to deal with.
* Send out review requests and monitor reviews coming in.
* Ensure payment plans are up to date.
* Contact clients who have been provided with a quotation from one of our project managers by following a fixed sales process.
* Ensure invoices received are uploaded onto our QuickBooks system in a timely manner.
* Provide general administrative support to the team.
* Provide a high quality of customer service to current and new clients.
* Further tasks may be required - ad hoc.
The training you will be getting
* Full Level 3 Business Adminsitration Apprenticeship standard.
* Functional skills in Maths and English if required.
* Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
You could be considered for a full-time position or a higher Apprenticeship upon completion.
