We are seeking to appoint a Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our team to support the delivery of learning across our Springwood Hub site. Springwood is a large primary age Special School (360 pupils aged 2 11) based over four sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex learning needs including pupils on the Autistic Spectrum. This position will present the successful applicant with the opportunity and responsibility to plan, prepare and deliver learning to individuals and or groups of pupils and to monitor, assess and record their achievements, progress and development. As a highly regarded Level 4 Teaching Assistant you will also be responsible for the management and development of a specialist area within the school and management of other Teaching Assistants including allocation and monitoring of work and training. This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to join a large and lively school that was inspected in January 2019 and was judged to be Good in all areas.
