Position: Bid Manager
Location: Doncaster
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Main Purpose of the Role: To manage the end-to-end bid process, acting as a key contact for all stakeholders, and to deliver high-quality proposals to meet business growth and profitability targets.
Skills & Analysis Required: The role requires good customer and market knowledge, project management experience, stakeholder management skills, understanding of bidding processes, commercial terms, and excellent bid writing skills. The ability to work proactively and utilize analytical skills is essential.
Working Environment: The role involves fluctuating workload pressures, meeting critical deadlines, high attention to detail, and occasional travel and out-of-hours work.
Qualifications & Experience: Essential: GCSEs in Mathematics and English or equivalent. Desirable: Professional qualifications like APMP or Project Management. Proven experience in managing projects and bids, responding to tenders, and stakeholder management is required.
