Experienced PA - International Art Gallery (Central London)
A wonderful role has arisen for a switched-on and experienced PA with a high level of understanding working with HNW individuals and the standard expected. A very high level of travel/logistics skills are required, along with a background of supporting an individual with multiple changes of schedule and travel plans. Experience within luxury goods, family office, the arts, or UHNW support would be ideal. Being able to work at a pace, be meticulous with detail, and proficient with visas and itineraries is essential. A very good world overview of time zones and top international travel will be needed and expected.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Top diary management and ability to deal with complex schedules and coordinate at the highest standard.
2. Provide detailed travel packs and briefing notes.
3. Handle incoming requests and invitations and compose draft correspondence to a high standard when required.
4. Maintain an ongoing updated schedule of travel and events and prepare the Principal for forthcoming travel and itineraries.
5. Forge relationships quickly both internally and externally and become part of a valued team.
6. Get involved in multiple projects, add value, collate information, and track progress.
7. Assist with events within the gallery, guest list management, and personal parties.
A first-class PA (degree standard preferred) with a top travel and coordination background at HNW/UHNW level is essential. Excellent package. Start ASAP.
