This is an opportunity for an experienced Communications and Engagement Lead to contribute to the development of the overall communications strategy and plan for a national business in the automotive sector with over 1000 staff.
This will be a Part Time role working 16 hours per week from offices in the Kirby in Ashfield area. You will have responsibility for the management of communications for and supporting UK MD and Executive Directors with relevant communications across their functions and for the organisation as a whole.
You will focus upon improving the e-nps score for the business, underpinned by effective and improving communications. There will be a focus on the candidate journey at recruitment, taking the business further to an employer of choice reputation in the market place. You will also look to reduce attrition and support improvements arising from the employee survey. This will involve communicating what people want to know by developing content for the SharePoint/intranet, along with other internal and external channels.

* Salary: £30,000-£40,000pa (pro rata)
