We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join one of the world’s leading global food and beverage brand owners. This role will lead one of the biggest household food brands in the UK and manage communications and brand strategy.
You and your team will own the implementation, activation, and execution across all touchpoints. You will work with cross-agency partners and commercial teams to build best-in-class growth plans and develop and deliver standout brand marketing programmes.
If you have solid strategic marketing experience in Food or FMCG, brand equity development experience, and a track record of leading winning multimedia communications, this could be the role for you.
This is a broad end-to-end role with significant internal visibility and high progression potential. We are looking for:

4. Highly strategic across brand planning, CMI, Communications and FMCG
Responsibilities will include:
1. Development of yearly brand plans and working alongside the Marketing Director on long-term growth strategy.
2. Be the brand guardian and drive brand fame, love and penetration by leading game-changing and strongly coordinated marketing plans across TV, OOH, digital, social media, in-store, and PR, working with cross-agency teams and internal cross-functional partners.
3. Be creative to stand out from the competition.
4. Be a strategic partner to Corporate Communications Team for all sustainability-related communication plans and partnerships.
5. Develop demand-centric pipeline for brand to encompass core growth while developing activation plans and commercial opportunities.
6. Recommend promotions to sustain business in an environment where nHFSS legislation is applied.
7. Responsible for controlling marketing expenditure within pre-agreed budget and ensuring evaluation of all spend continuously.
8. Influence key partners to support initiatives and ensure brand support.
Skills required for this role:
1. Solid Marketing experience within Food, snacks/FMCG required
2. Demonstrable experience in managing a sophisticated portfolio
3. Brand equity development experience
4. A passion for developing consumer-centric plans
5. A track record of leading award-winning multimedia communications
6. Strong agency management experience
7. Capable and experienced in developing strong commercial plans with a demonstrated ability to understand key levers to drive profitable growth

The role is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office and two days from home.
