We are looking for a passionate Attendance and Admissions Officer to join our supportive and talented team at Digitech Studio School. We are an established studio school who prides itself in offering an innovative curriculum that leads into the creative, digital, and high-tech sectors. DIGITECH STUDIO SCHOOL
Digitech delivers a specialised curriculum for 14-19 year-olds, where we offer progression into the creative digital and high-tech sectors. We are located in Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Studio schools are small by design, and we only take 90 students into each year group. This allows us to meet the needs of individual students in a personalised way.
Digitech Studio School has been on an enormous improvement journey over the last few years which has seen outcomes consistently improve year on year with all indicators. The academy is diverse in its intake and proud that we serve all of the families in our community. There is real pride from colleagues that they work at Digitech Studio School and contribute to a cause greater than themselves.
The Attendance and Admissions Officer will work alongside relevant academy staff to contribute to raising achievement by improving student attendance. They will deliver measurable impact in accordance with performance expectations. They will accurately maintain the academy's legal attendance records within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. The postholder will monitor student attendance and initiate appropriate action as required in line with academy policy. The postholder will promote and support high levels of attendance and a positive attendance and punctuality culture within the academy.
The Attendance and Admissions Officer will process in-year admissions and transition into Years 10, 11, 12 & 13 from feeder secondary schools.

Safeguarding And Pre-employment Checks
