At PayPlan we help people who are in debt, by providing free debt advice and debt solutions based around what people can afford to repay.
We will give you full and intensive training to give you all the skills you’ll need to contribute towards the excellent service that our clients quite rightly expect.
We are extremely busy and are expanding our current teams. We have vacancies for Debt Advisors/Reviewers to join our team now, with interviews taking place ASAP!
Our trained Advisors engage with our clients (either by telephone, email or Live Chat) to fully understand their personal and financial circumstances, create a sustainable budget for them to live by, providing advice about which debt solution will be most suitable for them on their journey towards a debt-free life.
What we are looking for:
1. Experience working in a telephone-based customer service, sales, and retention.
2. Contacting active leads with a professional manner, whilst maintaining high quality customer service
3. Following up marketing activity or previous contacts made.
4. At various points of the customer life cycle, making outbound customer contacts and fielding incoming calls from customers
5. Experience or knowledge of the financial services industry would be beneficial
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
8. Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
9. Strong numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
10. Have a desire to help others and work hard to succeed every day
11. serve as the business lead for all retention projects
12. maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, emails & chat
13. A quiet space with a desk and chair and a stable broadband connection
