The post holder will be required to work outside in all weather conditions (appropriate PPE will be provided).
This role will have prisoner contact.Responsibilities:Undertake a wide range of duties to deliver canteen service to our prisoner population, including manual handling and be able to work on own initiative.Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines in manual handling daily.Respond to any queries made to the team by e-mail, telephone or in person ensuring these are dealt with in a timely and sensitive manner.Required to handle confidential information and follow correct administrative protocols and procedures.Person SpecificationSPS recruitment and selection practice is based on the fundamentals of our Behavioural Competency Framework.

Experience RequirementsKnowledge Skills RequirementsSound knowledge and experience of maintaining stock control, including experience of manual handling duties.Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and efficiency to meet agreed organisational and department deadline.
With the ability to work individually and as part of a team.Ability to analyse, interpret and report on a range of information including balancing transactions daily.
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.Competent in all aspects of General Administration duties
