Reporting to the General Manager of Distributor Markets & Amazon, this new role will help support our goal by aggressively driving up sales in Europe. This will involve growing the Distributor Markets by developing existing accounts as well as opening new accounts. Key Objectives: Market Growth: Increase sales and market share across assigned markets by effectively managing relationships with existing distributors and identifying, onboarding, and managing new distributors. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to maximize opportunities and profitability. Revenue Target Achievement: Deliver or exceed revenue and profitability targets set for each market. Market Intelligence: Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform the overall business strategy. Portfolio Expansion: Drive adoption of the company’s full product portfolio across distributors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Operational Excellence: Ensure distributors meet contractual obligations, comply with brand standards, and execute effective marketing and sales plans. Main Responsibilities: Distributor Management - act as the primary point of contact for distributors across the assigned European markets - evaluate and improve distributor performance through regular reviews, feedback, and collaboration - identify gaps in distributor networks and take proactive measures to close them Business Development - research and identify new distribution opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy - negotiate and finalise contracts with new distributors to expand the company's reach - collaborate with distributors to develop tailored strategies for entering or expanding in key markets Sales Growth - develop and execute joint business plans with distributors to achieve agreed sales targets - monitor and analyse distributor sales data to identify opportunities and address challenges - support distributors in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to drive sales Market Research & Strategy - analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to adapt strategies - provide market intelligence to internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing - make data-driven recommendations for market entry or portfolio expansion Brand Management - ensure distributors align with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies - partner with distributors to deliver impactful trade shows, events, and in-market activations Cross-Functional Collaboration - work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance, to support distributors effectively - collaborate on forecasting and inventory planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory Reporting & Analysis - provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market conditions Returns & Allowance (R&A) - plan investments and manage the budget to maximise sales impact Travel -regularly travel to assigned markets to meet distributors, attend toy fairs events, and conduct market assessment About you: We are looking for people who are passionate about being part of a diverse team, where different backgrounds, experiences and opinions are valued and incorporated into our daily work.
