About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our website growth, optimization, and performance strategy. This role will focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Shopify management, and continuous improvements to enhance user experience and maximize revenue.
You will work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure our websites run smoothly, convert effectively, and offer a seamless experience for customers worldwide.
This role is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision-making, project management, and taking ownership of e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & Website Performance
* Develop and own the CRO strategy, using data to improve conversion rates.
* Manage CRO projects end-to-end, from hypothesis to execution.
* Create briefs & feedback for UI/UX designers to optimize website layouts, checkout flows, and product pages.
* Provide detailed instructions for developers to implement CRO improvements.
* Set up, analyze, and track A/B tests to validate improvements.
* Monitor heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Shopify & Store Management
* Manage multiple regional Shopify stores, ensuring content, products, and promotions are up to date.
* Research, test, and integrate new Shopify apps to improve website functionality.
* Oversee website translations for our European & international markets to optimize conversion rates in different languages.
* Maintain and enhance customer account experiences (loyalty programs, cashback programs, returns & refunds, past orders, wishlists, etc.).
Website Content & Product Updates
* Manage new product launches on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
* Oversee seasonal promotions and homepage updates to align with marketing campaigns.
* Work with the email marketing team to coordinate website updates with promotional emails.
* Ensure all pages are optimized for SEO and mobile performance.
Cross-Department Marketing Support
* Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure landing pages and website experiences align with ad strategies.
* Work closely with the email marketing team to support promotions, product launches, and website updates.
* Support the social media team by ensuring the website reflects key campaigns, influencer collaborations, and seasonal activations.
* Assist with affiliate & influencer programs, ensuring website links, discount codes, and landing pages are functioning correctly.
Data & Performance Tracking
* Monitor key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, checkout abandonment, etc.) and implement improvements.
* Track and report on website performance, A/B test results, and revenue impact of changes.
* Ensure smooth data tracking across Google Analytics, Shopify, and other marketing tools.
Desired Qualities:
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, CRO, or Shopify store management.
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer behavior in online shopping.
* Experience managing A/B tests, heatmaps, and conversion tracking tools.
* Strong project management skills – ability to coordinate designers, developers, and external teams.
* Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
* Experience with SEO, site speed optimization, and international e-commerce operations.
* Analytical mindset – ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize based on performance metrics.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into action steps.
* Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
