Description Do you want to help build a streaming service that carries the iconic MGM brand name? Are you interested in helping to shape the international media and entertainment landscape? MGM International is a movie and series streaming service that is wholly-owned and operated by Amazon. The service offers programming that is curated to align with the MGM brand. This means everything from MGM catalogue classics such as Bond, Rocky, and Legally Blonde, to current cinematic and sophisticated hits such as Outlander, The Great, Power, and much more. MGM Int'l is currently available in over 30 countries outside the US. MGM Int'l is seeking a Scheduling and Content Operations Manager. This leader will oversee monthly programming schedules across all locales, ensuring that all movie and series titles are released on-time and with all required assets (e.g., video files, key art, metadata) in order to optimize the customer viewing experience. This individual will participate across several stages in the "content assembly line", from inputting deals into IBMS, to trafficking content assets, to vetting the MGM storefront once such content has aired on the service. The ideal Scheduling and Content Operations Manager will be extremely detail oriented and capable of managing large cross-functional teams in an effort to successfully air content on the MGM service. The position will be based in London, but will work with teams all over the world. Key job responsibilities - Create content deal memos for upload into IBMS software. - Oversee development of programming schedules across all locales, with such programming schedules governing what is to release on the service and when. - Manage compilation of content assets (e.g., video, key art, metadata) for each title that is set to air on the service, understanding that content assets will come from both internal and external studios. - QC the MGM storefront across all locales to ensure that titles are appearing and playing properly. Basic Qualifications - Prior experience in Scheduling and Content Operations. - Experienced in database system management with specific IBMS experience a plus. - Experience leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent excel skills including an ability to manipulate large volumes of data. - Attention to detail and precision when manipulating and reporting data.
