Job Description Mortgage Administrator/ Sales Progressor Up to £2 7.5 k Basic Benefits (depending on experience) - Full-Time, Remote Position We’re looking for highly motivated customer service professional already working within the mortgage industry. You will be working in a fast-paced environment providing support to our top performing Mortgage Advisers. You will pride yourself on ensuring an outstanding service to our high-net-worth clients as they move through the stages of their property transaction. The role: You will pride yourself on the customer experience by taking your customers through their journey from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of their property purchase or re-mortgage. You will thrive within a fast paced, environment whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what you do. Whilst the role is on a remote basis, preference is for a suitable candidate to be based in and around London or the Home Counties, as at times may be required to attend meetings at our London Head Office.You will enjoy using your knowledge of the Financial Services industry, when liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisers etc. Examples of what you will be doing: Proactively progressing individual cases from post mortgage application through to completion. Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along. Working as a part of a vibrant team to support our Mortgage Advisers pipelines. Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and Mortgage Advisers. Working to deadlines to ensure clients achieve their dream move. Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved. Skills and Experience Required: Knowledge of the Mortgage and Home Buying process. Being Driven and Self Motivated. Strong relationship building and customer service skills. Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently. Ability to work under pressure. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner.
