The Role
Miller Leith are exclusively working with a well-known training provider in the market and are looking for an Audio Visual troubleshooting expert to support their growing team.
This role entails troubleshooting AV equipment, as well as some ICT and desktop support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and test AV equipment for presentations, events, and conferences.
2. Experience working with and supporting projectors, screens, lighting & sound systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
3. Coordinate and support video conferencing solutions, ensuring optimal connectivity and functionality.
4. Tailor AV setups and solutions to meet specific requirements, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Deep knowledge of AV hardware and experience in setting up and troubleshooting audio, video, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing tools.
2. Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
3. Experience providing ICT support (Level 1-3) to a wide range of different stakeholders.
