What the role looks like:
The Senior Recruitment Partner will be focused purely on candidate management for a tech client working on-site.
You will be consulting on the appropriate approach and educating the client where appropriate on the recruitment lifecycle and the technology we use.
You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost-efficient service is delivered and that all business opportunities both contracted and new are optimised for mutual benefit. You will be manage the appropriate demand plan for the business as well as taking responsibility for collaborating with Hays Recruitment consultants and external agencies to deliver an appropriate sourcing and attraction strategy.
This is a fast paced position giving an experienced recruiter an opportunity to work with the UK and Israel on their recruitment needs within the Technology Sector.
This is one of Hays' most established RPO's, with a high volume of vacancies that will need to managed, so if you are a confident recruitment partner who loves the Tech Sector, is able to speak and write Hebrew, understands the market, then this could be the next opportunity for you.
What you'll need to succeed
* A proven track record within recruitment drawn from an either an RPO/MSP, agency or inhouse role.
* The ability to work both contract and permanent roles simultaneously.
* Experience working in fast-paced
* environment with volume recruitment and can demonstrate that you can work well under pressure.
* Experience with senior stakeholder management so excellent communication and organisational skills are a must
* Experience in the Technology Recruitment Sector would be desired
