Business Development Representative
Location: Glasgow, G40 3AP
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Role:
RtM is seeking a Business Development Representative on a full-time basis.
This is a critical role in delivering for our clients and to be successful you are likely to have experience in B2B telemarketing within the large/enterprise market. You will also have the ability to undertake credible peer-to-peer conversations with senior management and C-level contacts within target organisations.
As part of a close-knit team, you will be given loads of support whilst having the freedom to develop your own style.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for RtM’s clients, which will involve:
• Campaign preparation (prospect research, knowledge transfer, data management, etc)
• Contacting prospective targeted companies / personas
• Nurture / manage continued dialogue with prospects
• Collate business intelligence
• Qualify sales opportunities
• Handover to client sales teams
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• 2 years sales, lead generation or business development
• Ability to undertake credible business focused conversations across all stakeholder levels
• Demonstrate use of data bases and CRM systems as well as competency in Microsoft office apps such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of business processes + technology
