INEMs play a vital role in building and maintaining excellent relationships with a range of key partners. They will drive our strategic vision through partnerships and ensure a focus on putting the patient and service user first and making the best use of our collective resources. We serve a diverse population, with complex health and care needs, comprising both rural and urban areas, extremes of affluence and deprivation, as well as significant health inequalities. This vision is the golden thread through our Integrated Care Strategy and Joint Forward Plan, which set out how we will deliver joined-up, preventative health, care and support services to all.
