Skills & Experience: Proven experience in managing procurement projects within a public sector or local government setting. Hands-on experience in tender preparation, supplier negotiations, and working with cross-functional teams. Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders in the public sector.
