Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.
Duties
1. Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
2. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products safely and effectively.
3. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
4. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
5. Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
7. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
2. Ability to communicate fluently in English is necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
3. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
4. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for clients.
