Rexel UK has a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Business Analyst (Finance) to join our IT team based at our Head Office in Sheldon where you will apply Business Analysis to a wide range of systems and business projects with involvement at all stages of the project lifestyle. Working across the business but with a focus on supporting the Finance function you will provide analytical expertise and support in the development of requirements and implementation of new / amended systems. The Role: As a Business Analyst for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be to: To model Target and As Is processes and develop logical data models, including goals and strategic objectives Support the business to define functional objectives and produce roadmaps for delivery To develop and maintain good cost benefit cases for our customer solutions Translate business requirements to System/Functional requirements Deliver change through project life cycles ensuring timely, cost effective and quality results in-line with agreed business objectives Provide support of implemented systems, dealing with day to day issues effectively The Person: As a Business Analyst for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be to: The successful candidate will have experience of process modelling and change delivery and have a demonstrable background gained in cost benefit case creation The ability to design and deliver process metrics/KPIs Experience of effectively communicating and presenting to a broad audience is essential A high level of good customer services experience embracing company values IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Pro-active and flexible approach, with good time management skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely technical designs and specifications Familiarity with some or all of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payment Processing and Systems Accounting functions is required. Ideally looking for experience of 3rd party tool integrations into Infor M3 ERP The role is offered is a FIXED TERM FULL-TIME POSITON COVERING MATERNITY LEAVE.
