Part-Time Team Manager - Duty and Assessment Team Location: Leicestershire County Council Rate: £45 per hour Contract: Part-time, Initially 3 months with review Contact: Emily Cooper - (phone number removed) | Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Part-Time Team Manager to join their Duty and Assessment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in busy duty and assessment environments and court work during the initial stages. Key Details: Part-Time Schedule: Work alongside another Part-Time Manager. Available options are Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday. Office Attendance: Expected in the office one week out of every five and once a week for duty. Additional presence as required to meet team management responsibilities. Duration: Initial contract for 3 months with a review for potential extension. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a small, dedicated team within the Duty and Assessment framework. Lead and support team members in handling complex cases, ensuring high-quality assessments and timely interventions. Engage in court work and related proceedings during the initial stages of cases. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services. Requirements: Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
