As the Funding Administrator, you will utilise your skill set within a healthcare environment as you handle NHS customer enquiries, navigate funding systems and satisfy approval processes. You will need to develop an understanding of referral and funding processes.
You will be assisting with Elysium processes in recording referrals, liaising with central teams and funders.

As a Funding Administrator, you will be:
1. Ensuring a positive funding experience for our stakeholders.
2. Working with clinical teams in Thornford Park to manage and deliver the associated funding processes for referrals.
3. Recording referrals made on relevant system and ensure all funding relevant materials are recorded correctly.
4. Monitoring referral timescales and compliance with deadlines.
5. Providing funders with relevant paperwork.
Where you will be working:
You will be working at Thornford Park, a 141 bedded independent hospital which supports service users that require medium and low secure Forensic Mental Health Services. In addition to these services there is also a PICU Mental Health Service.
The service provides a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering people in their recovery and rehabilitation.
Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalised assessment and treatment programmes for males with mental illness/complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder, and females and males in a PICU service.
