A well-established company is looking for a motivated2nd Line Support Engineerto join its IT department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing IT support, maintaining critical systems, and assisting with IT projects.
Responsibilities:
* End-user technical support
* Azure AD
* Backup & asset management
* Hardware builds & configurations (PCs, laptops, mobiledevices)
* Network, telephony & VPN configuration
* Printer maintenance & support
* Assisting the IT team with projects
* Monitoring & maintaining system security (AV, malware, wireless networks)
* Occasional out-of-hours & remote site support across Yorkshire
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
* Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
