About the role The University of Plymouth is seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join the Technology & Information Services (TIS) Infrastructure Team. TIS prioritises efficient IT services with a cloud-first approach, enhancing digital capabilities for staff and students while ensuring a seamless digital experience for all stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a progressive university in a picturesque location, making a meaningful impact. As a team member under the Infrastructure Team Manager's guidance, you'll help deliver customer-focused, cost-effective IT operations and maintenance services, including managing and administering network services and various on-premise and cloud services. Ideal candidates are strong team players with excellent communication skills and proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Linux Telephony services (Zoom / Teams) Network services (Juniper / Azure) On-premise services (predominantly Nutanix) Cloud services (predominantly Azure & Nutanix NC2) The University has a focus on personal development and appropriate training will be provided. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis. Remote working is available up to 2 days a week.
