Job Description
Working with the Deputy Care Manager to ensure Home Instead care operations have outstanding compliance.
* Provide support to our Care Professionals in their day to day job
* Onboard new carers and introduce them to clients
* Carry out introductions every time a Care Professional is matched to a client for the first time
* Support, supervise and mentor all Care Professionals
* Ensure all services are compliant with legislations, CQC standards and regulations
* Ensure the recording of all necessary information clearly and legibly in line with record keeping policies and procedures
* Responding to queries from clients
* Deliver care calls as required in emergencies and gaps in rota
* Take a turn on a rota basis to manage the office on-call telephone support service.
* Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered
* Field Care Supervisors are expected to spend the majority of their working time in the community carrying out their primary functions, but the role will also entail a certain amount of office-based administrative work, according to business needs.
Qualifications
*
Hold, or be working towards, minimum QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification in Social Care
* Understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Outstanding scores
* Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
