We are seeking skilled and experienced Scrum Masters to join our Digital team. This critical role involves working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure the consistent and quality delivery of updates to our digital real estate. Within role, you’ll drive and lead Agile best practices within the digital development team(s) and ensure delivery against sprint goals.
What will I be doing?
* Collaborate with Product Owners to understand and refine business requirements and integrate new projects into the scrum backlog.
* Educate and support the scrum team in Agile practices and facilitate scrum events.
* Lead digital scrum(s) within the Digital Delivery team, including managing multi-disciplinary roles and third parties.
* Monitor and mentor the scrum team to ensure Agile best practices are followed.
* Maintain and manage productivity monitoring through regular reporting and analysis of team metrics.
* Act as an ambassador for digital and Agile within the organisation, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
What do I need?
* Experience as a Scrum Master within a digital product-focused environment as well as demonstrable skills/experience working with Agile teams.
* Proven ability to communicate with, influence, and engage senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
* Demonstrable experience working with broad teams across multiple locations, showcasing outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* Possess a continuous improvement mindset utilising the ability to not only identify gaps, but also proactively implement solutions.
* Knowledge of Consumer Services, Insurance, or Financial Services is desirable, with familiarity in Sitecore and Pega being a plus.
* Self-starter who takes initiative and works well in teams.
