CRE Operations Lead Role Purpose Corporate Real Estate (CRE) in Flutter aims to provide a best-in-class service to the business. The CRE Operations Lead will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Workspace Strategy by identifying gaps in service delivery, compliance, and workspace experience. This role will develop and deploy processes, systems, and innovations to embed the Brilliant Basics framework while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Process & Procedures Design, develop, and deploy Flutter Workspace processes and procedures, ensuring thorough operational testing with a focus on simplification. Support the development of a control framework to implement change, achieve outcomes, and maximize benefits with preferred supply chain partners. Plan and deliver Workspace Strategy initiatives. Ensure compliance with Workspace and CRE procedures across all locations. Innovation Provide input for new CRE innovations and advocate for improved solutions across CRE and Workspace. Collaborate with Cluster Managers to enhance operating standards, processes, and procedures. Work with preferred suppliers to explore and pilot test new FM solutions and initiatives. Operational Excellence Support remedial actions following site audits and inspections from internal and external sources, focusing on process improvement. Lead change initiatives using appropriate communication channels. Act as an ambassador for service delivery excellence. Produce reports for the Associate Director of Group CRE Operations and wider business, including program updates and benefits realized. Act as Energy Champion, driving sustainability initiatives and fostering a strong cultural identity within the CRE function. People Support the development of training matrices for Workspace Teams, covering process implementation, SOPs, and risk management. Promote best practices and serve as a culture carrier within the organization. Work in a matrix management structure with Cluster Managers and Workspace Experience Teams to deliver key outputs. Collaborate with wider CRE functions, including Risk & Compliance, Physical Security, Leasing, Shared Services, and Procurement. Skills & Capabilities Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and implement operational processes and governance frameworks. Experience in identifying and driving innovation in Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to drive engagement across teams. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) or Facilities Management. Experience in developing and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Strong experience in managing vendor relationships, including setting and monitoring SLAs. Background in process improvement, governance, and compliance. Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Measure of Success Successful deployment of the Brilliant Basics framework. Delivery of innovative solutions and process improvements. Strong working relationships with Workspace and wider CRE Teams. Positive stakeholder feedback and engagement. Achievement of business and CRE/Workspace goals and targets.
