This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper who is ready for a promotion and keen to lead a team in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
As Head Housekeeper, you will:
* Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of Berwick House.
* Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room turnovers, laundry, and event setup.
* Train, support, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
* Work closely with the events team to ensure all spaces are perfectly prepared for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
* Take responsibility for stock management and ordering of supplies.
* Maintain a proactive approach to health and safety and ensure compliance across the team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience as an Assistant Housekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury venue, hotel, or private estate.
* Is ready for the next step in their career, taking on a leadership role with confidence.
* Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering immaculate spaces.
* Is an excellent communicator and team player, able to lead by example.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of working in a prestigious venue.
