Change Manager
Location: Ashington or Durham
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £58,000 per annum (from April 2025).

About the role:
* We are looking for an exceptional, talented individual who is results driven with the right skills, qualities, and proven track record to achieve the positive outcomes our customers and colleagues deserve.
* You will work with the Asset Management and IT team to lead the implementation of a new Asset Management IT system.
* You will deliver the outcomes aligned with the programme plan, budget and scope.
* You will organise the team to review processes, conduct regular project meetings, and maintain the project governance processes in place.
* You will work with the communications team and ensure a communication plan is delivered alongside business change.
* You will drive, inspire, and engage people to fulfil their potential and enjoy being part of Bernicia’s shared vision.
* You will ensure colleagues are suitably trained for the changes implemented.
* You will seek out opportunities to continuously improve services to meet challenging targets, help take us to the next level of delivering a great customer experience and be at the forefront of working with local and regional partners and stakeholders.
About you:
You will need:
* a relevant professional change or project management qualification
* excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* excellent facilitation and organisational skills
* exceptional communications skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders
* experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
* proven experience working in a change or project management, business analysis or business improvement role
* the ability to build and lead teams, including working with external providers
* a track record of a collaborative approach working with a wide range of teams
