Description
The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
Provide administrative support to the team
Handle incoming and outgoing communications
Maintain and update records and databases
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Coordinate with other departments for seamless information flow
Help in organising events and meetings
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive informationProfile
A successful Part-time Administrator should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Ability to commute to LiverpoolJob Offer

A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
