Job Description Summary:
Our team is looking for a Property Manager where you’ll support the Head Of Region with the responsibility for both our customers (tenants) and the company’s property as an asset. This includes accepting homes into the portfolio, building customer propositions, finding tenants, ongoing maintenance, rent and arrears collections, providing ongoing high-quality customer service, and maximizing income versus occupancy. As a Property Manager, you’ll be highly organized and will enjoy having a varied role where no two days are the same.
Job Title: Property Manager
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: This role will involve spending five days per week in either one of our offices in Sheffield or one of our sites in Chesterfield or Derby.
About this Opportunity:
Lloyds Living is an exciting, new standalone company, with a new brand, as part of Lloyds Banking Group, which will focus solely on the private rental market. The intention is to work with leading house builders and other participants through strategic partnerships to identify sites and support the building of additional housing, with Lloyds Living buying the rental element of these new developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a contributing member of the team responsible for customers (tenants) – helping to develop customer propositions and experiences that make renting through Citra a fantastic experience.
* Look after our property portfolio – ensuring excellent repairs & defects management: processing repair requests from customers, raising work orders, and authorizing invoices.
* Management of the performance of our agents.
* Manage the area hosts on site.
* Arrange and carry out property inspections with customers.
* Process property applications, conduct check-ins & check-outs, and deal with deposits & customer queries.
* Address customer complaints in line with the policies and procedures in place.
* Manage risk by ensuring the company operates in a tightly governed manner with regards to compliance.
What You’ll Need:
* Extensive property management experience within BTR/PRS.
* Experience of managing a team as well as being a team player.
* Ability to work with and assist with the oversight of the activities of our managing agents.
* Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Hands-on attitude to helping build and develop our offering.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
* Highly motivated and able to adhere to deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
Why Lloyds Banking Group:
Join us and, as well as making a difference to customers, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling career where you’ll be free to be yourself. Great colleagues, transforming workspaces, hybrid working, and a wide variety of career opportunities await you.
