Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Bradford Job Type: Full time Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established distribution company based in Bradford, our client is looking to add a sales administrator to join their retail team. This role will support Account Managers in providing exceptional customer service and a streamlined order process. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer information in the CRM system Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations Generate and analyse sales data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role within the wholesale distribution industry would be desirable
