Main duties of the job We can offer; £15 UDA rate Profit share option (detailed below) Potential private earnings from £60,000 50% private rate Days available - Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm Option of discounted diplomas with Tipton Academy and a discounted full Invisalign course Option for additional earnings by supporting a dental therapist and / or an overseas dentist Profit Share Option: A base profit level will be set. This will be the base line against which growth is measured. The incentive would be based on improvement in the profit of the practice. The amount paid is relative to each £ in increase of profit. There is no buy-in cost, so no risks, only upside opportunity.
