About The Role The Marketing Operations Executive is the glue that keeps our fast-moving marketing team aligned, organised, and operating at full speed. From managing workflows to ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, this is a crucial role in keeping our marketing machine running. Follow and establish clear processes for best-in-class campaign delivery involving the relevant internal stakeholders for their contribution and buy-in from the outset. Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day management of the marketing calendar and develop corresponding project plans, coordinating marketing functions to execute their deliverables on time and in budget. Work with Marketing Manager to deliver brand campaigns and partnerships, ensuring stakeholders have all resources and assets required to launch. Enhance cu rrent analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness to facilitate continuous improvement in process. Make data-driven recommendations to optimise performance of future campaigns and support the delivery of sales objectives. Oversee the creation of copy and photography briefs for external partners. Support the CMO and Head of Brand & Community with general administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, beer orders for shoots, influencers and partners and management of the London office, being the go-to person for keeping the marketing team running smoothly Create presentation slides for campaigns, internal working groups, and sales team updates. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor category/marketing trends to ensure BrewDog marketing activity is culturally relevant and ahead of the curve. Provide ad hoc support for the CX team during peak periods, supporting with ticket resolution when needed. About You Degree in marketing desirable Project management training desirable Experience in a marketing environment, coordinating marketing functions and stakeholders to execute campaigns on time and in budget. Experience briefing creative team and activation agencies on required assets and deliverables. Demonstrable communication skills to ensure cross-department efficiencies.
